I promised you guys an analysis of Nicki and Mia's collections and what could be included in Corinne's collection today. Well, here it is!
It has been revealed that Girl of the Year 2022, Corinne Tan, lives in Aspen, Colorado and is interested in winter activities like skiing. This kind of thinking aligns her with Nicki Fleming and Mia St. Clair, two Girls of the Years from the mid-2000s. In 2022, Nicki would have been the Girl of the Year 15 years ago, while Mia would've been GOTY 14 years ago.
With the exception of 2011's Kanani Akina, Nicki and Mia were the last 2 Girls of the Year to have a "Whole World" collection available for a discount. This meant you could buy the entire GOTY collection all at once: and it also means that we have official photos of the ENTIRE COLLECTION in one photo!
We'll start with Nicki's collection:

*Nicki's Ski Wear and Gear- It's obvious Corinne will get ski stuff!
*Nicki's Dog in Training- Another obvious choice. The dog is literally in the promotion emails.
*The rest of her collection is Western-inspired farm wear and horse stuff, which doesn't seem to be aligned with Corinne's collection. Nicki had a smaller collection than GOTYs of the 2010s and 2020s, as the GOTY collections didn't get bigger until the following year with Mia.
Speaking of her, let's get into that!
The notable things in her collection:
*Skating outfits! Gwynn will have some, most likely.
*Pajamas. Nicki didn't have pajamas, but Mia did, and every GOTY since has had pajamas. Corinne is definitely getting pajamas. Maybe Gwynn will get some too! (P.S: I miss wearing GOTY pajamas. I am actually wearing Luciana's nightgown right now, but I only still fit into it because it's a nightgown. All the other GOTY pajamas... I can't fit in those anymore because of teenager problems! WHYYYYY.... okay shut up Sydney)
*Ice skates. It's pretty clear that if there's skating involved, there'll be some ice skates!
*Bedroom: this might be a stretch, but maybe Corinne and Gwynn will have a bedroom! The last bed set for a GOTY that was just a bed was Gabriela in 2017, and then McKenna in 2012, and then Mia in 2008 was the first one. That's basically a pattern, but we'll see!
I'm so excited for Corinne's debut in ONE WEEK! Who's going to AG on release day? I obviously am!
I love Mia's collection! She was the GOTY the year I was born! Definitely one of my fav GOTYs, I think Corrine will be a favourite of mine too!
