I believe it's true because I made an order in vein not worrying about chrismtas, and yet it's coming this week anyway. I also think now most sales are over, they will slow down ordering I'd expect.
I find this highly suspect as getting anything from FedEx is a horrible experience. Really. Not to mention the driver just tosses stuff onto my landing. Example: big ole box of cat food yesterday from Chewy.
