Today (or yesterday - sorry, I didn't check GOTY stock yesterday!), the Kavi doll has sold out, officially retiring her a year and 11 months after her release at the end of December 2022.
As Kavi has retired before Corinne, this is the first time in American Girl history where a Girl of the Year from a year after another Girl of the Year has retired. Corinne is still available, nearly 3 years after her release.

I just checked the American Girl website, and the store in Charlotte still has the Kavi doll.
I can’t believe Kavi is now retired! Now we only have Corinne, Lila, and Summer. I thought Corinne would retire earlier than Kavi but it is the other way around. Goodbye, Kavi!
