Two new American Girl books set for release in 2024 have been found on Amazon with more detailed photos!
First, Lila Goes for Gold, written by Erin Falligant and illustrated by Vivienne To, which will release on January 2:
Lastly, Julie is getting a journal which will be available separate from the doll, unlike other journals. It will release on May 7 of next year, and is written by Megan McDonald (author of Julie's series) and illustrated by Maike Plenze (illustrator for Isabel and Nicki's series).
I appreciate your helpful information about this type of resource. This book is very interesting. I have never had such writing talent. That's why I use writing services https://www.grabmyessay.com/ which helps me a lot in learning. Such services, in my opinion, are necessary in our time. I enjoy receiving expert instruction. I recently discovered this great website where my child can get quick and effective help.
I find it upsetting that the journals seem to be replacing longer books. The abridging of the historical stories was bad enough, but having only journals is really destroying the entire point of the historical line and what made American Girl unique in the first place- teaching kids about reading and history. It’s too bad those things seem to be being pushed aside.
Once I asked customer service about these journals. They said it is to get girls to write in a journal.
I hope the other Historicals get journals as well! :)
Julie's journal looks really cute. I like the illustrations. I just hope this doesn't mean they're replacing her book (the one that comes with the doll) with a journal.
