My new Pre-Mattel Samantha's here! I picked her up on time, and she was a bit dirty. I cleaned her up and put her in her Frilly Frock, and she looked good as new! Here she is:

Samantha is very pretty! I made her be twins with Beckie because they are so close together in purchase dates. She is good friends with Beckie and Shelly. This is what Samantha "wrote" about herself (I actually wrote it, because dolls can't write!)

"Hi everyone! My name is Samantha Parkington, and I am 10 years old. I was made with my twin sister Beckie, but then we got separated in production. I ended up going to another girl for a couple years, but then I got neglected and sold to Sydney. I am glad I went with Sydney because I ended up with Beckie again! I want to be an artist when I grow up."

Her picture will be up on the header ASAP and her virtual doll will be up with Beckie's today.

AMERICAN GIRL TRIVIA: Samantha was the first and so far only doll to be taken out of retirement by American Girl.
