I borrowed this book recently, and I love it so much I wanted to do a review of it. (I thought that since there are FRozen toys, I thought it should go here).
Here is my review:
What I Loved: All of it. I can't think of one thing that is wrong with the story. The story is about Anna and Elsa's parents. It explores more in depth about how they met, what happened to Iduna after she and Agnarr escaped the forest, and how they grew up and fell in love. The book is really long, so I can't give you a chapter by chapter review, but I can tell you the main points. It opens with the ship they are on when they drown, and Iduna and Agnarr go down into the cabin and are telling each other the story of how they met from memory. It talks about the struggle Iduna had to go through to hide that she was Northaldra, because the Northaldra had become an enemy of Arendelle. Iduna hid that secret for 26 years, the only one knowing before she told Agnarr Lord Petterson (the regent of Arendelle until Agnarr became king. A regent is someone who rules if the heir to the throne is not old enough to rule). It also talks about what Agnarr had to go through, because even though he wasn't king, he still had to "suffer" 😄 through meetings and matters of state. (And the council is trying to force him to marry a princess to strengthen the kingdom. (P.S. the book doesn't talk about what happened that caused them to drown). Anyway, I think that this story is amazing.
What I Didn't Love: Nothing!
My rating for this book is 10\10. I strongly suggest reading the book if you like fiction and mild romance stories. Thanks for reading. Bye! 😀
