Grace examined the medium sized brown box, which was in the shape of a jewelry box, a large one. She tried to open it, but it was locked. The lock was in the shape of a heart. She remembered a trick from a television show she had watched a few years back, how the person opened a similar lock. She pushed on the middle of the heart, then pulled down. The lock remained. She looked all over it for an answer, then saw the bottom had some strange writing on the bottom. It was in French! She needed someone who spoke French fluently. Cousin Sylvie! Sylvie spoke English fluently now, but she had spoken french for the first nine years of her life, then started speaking English to communicate with Grace. And Sylvie was supposed to come any minute to help Grace organize! Suddenly, the front door jangled, and in a minute, Sylvie walked into the kitchen. "Bonjour, Grace! I'm so happy you've moved to Paris! I've missed you. What are you holding?" Sylvie said, her English words spoken with a french accent. "A strange box. I found it just now. There's writing on the bottom in French. I was hoping my favorite 19 year-old cousin could translate for me," Grace said, joking. "Of course! Let me see!" Sylvie said, grabbing the box and looking at the bottom.
Stopping there! I'll write P4 tomorrow and you'll find out what the box says. Thanks for reading, Bye! 😀
