Depends. I have a main family last name (Vega) and two dolls who are like foster kids. They keep their own last names (Brooks and Tillerman)
It’s fine! Sadie and Sadie! Also it’s fine if they have different last names, but if you want them all to match, then they should be the same.
If they're adopted siblings then they would have the same last name as the family that they were adopted into.
