I was scared as I sat down at my desk. mwahahaha kept ringing in my head. What was Courtney gonna do to me?? Drawing always helped me relax. I picked up my pencil, and started doodling. When I messed up I turned around the pencil to erase., but I couldn't. Bruh, Courtney had switched my pencil with a pen. I was actually scared she was gonna do something to me, but seriously? I would definitely win. As I smiled to myself Courtney came over. "Blaire."

"Huh?" I was taken out of my daydream. "Oh, Courtney. Is this all you got?"

" Every war has to start SOMEWHERE Blaire."

"I guess. But go away now I'm working on MY prank."

"Sheesh. Also, I'm not going away. Why would I just listen to my enemy in the middle of a war?"

"CLASS GO TO YOUR DESK NOW." The teacher yelled over all the chatter.

I smiled at Courtney as she left.

At lunch, I had plenty of time to work on my prank. I would use my crafty skills for a crafty prank. What does Courtney hate...? Oh, yes, I knew my prank. "HAHAHA" oops. I said it aloud. Everyone turned to look at me. On the plus side, Courtney looked scared.

After lunch I ran up to Julie, that girl Courtney had been talking to and held out a card.

"Hi, Julie, could you please give this to Courtney?" I said it in my nicest voice.

"Why can't you give it to her?"

"Because, it's a special surprise that it's from me."

" And you expect me to believe you? I know that you're in a prank war."

" I want to surrender?" It was the only thing I could come up with.

Julie looked at me with a face that said "Seriously? I can hear the question in your voice" and walked away.

I guess I would have to find another way to do this.

I walked into class early the next morning, and sat the card on Courtney's desk. I just had to hope Courtney didn't suspect it was from me.

When Courtney walked into the classroom she saw the card. She started looking around to see if I was here, so I ducked under my desk. I didn't think she saw me, but I wasn't sure.
