Let me start by saying "We love American Girl dolls". I started the tradition with my grand babies when they were very young. The new catalog came in the mail yesterday and two of my grandbabies seen the featured Sugar Plum Fairy Doll and of course they both wanted her so I decided to order one for each, but when I went to the American Girl website it shows they are no longer available. I placed a call to American Girl and stayed on hold for around 45 minutes and nobody ever answered the call??? Why mail a catalog featuring this doll when it's unavailable? I now have two little grand babies that will be very disappointed come Christmas Day!

My daughter wanted this doll and outfit the moment she saw it, was so disappointed that American Girl would want to ruin her Christmas by selling out of the doll and outfit so quickly. If this company promotes a doll for the holiday season the least they can do is keep it in stock so that we can buy it for children.
