okay, so i was surprised and not surprised. I mean, Ag keeps adding new lines! Honestly they should slow down and think stuff through a little more. I think that it was kind of stupid. Little girls want the real thing—not half the size. It’s just not the same. Some parents will buy this instead—but other relatives don’t want to waste their money on a doll the girl doesn’t even want. but I think that even though I have multiple 18” dolls, they’re still too expensive. i love the mini dolls. I hope these dolls are completely seperate though. The best thing in my opinion would be role models— #femalediverseleaders . I would almost definitely become a collector than but they’d have to do it right— which ag isnt honestly great at anymore— and I hope it doesn’t get to political so people start boycotting. Mm, yes. I feel like almost every doll line has a zodiac/birthstone thing…The teenage thing could be cool but I think it might ruin the characters in someways. I think Ag is now targeting younger girls, which I think is dumb, but I think that it would be unlikely that they are teenagers. But that’s just my opinion.
I don’t like this idea. 9 inch was the same size as the short lived GOML line, and I just think those dolls are just no. They were only meant for display, *but* I do like the idea of targeting a different age group. a women leader line? Um, if American girl starts making adult dolls I’m gonna flip. Zodiac dolls sound cool, but it is SUPER generic. And the teenage historicals? I think it would be cool if they did those for some of the older characters. (Like the ones that were released a long time ago.) but other than that, I’m not a fan this idea.
