Courtesy of my sister KittyFan, I know that Molly McIntire and Felicity Merriman are the most popular AG dolls. For those of you who don't know about them, I will tell you and you can vote below.
Molly McIntire is a girl living in America during World War Two (WWII). Her father is in England, caring for wounded soldiers. She and her family are patriotic, not eating rationed foods or saving gas by walking or riding their bikes. When her Mother begins her new job and Mrs. Gilford begins taking care of Molly and her siblings, suddenly there are turnips for dinner and more chores to do in the Victory garden. Then a quiet girl named Emily who seems to be quiet arrives to live with Moll'y family. Emily has seen some scary things, but Molly and her friends think that she just doesn't want to be with them. When Molly learns the truth about Emily, she and Emily start a new friendship. But when it's time for Molly to celebrate her birthday, she decides to share it with Emily and have a tea party. But when Emily doesn't make things like what Molly wants, she calls the party off. The next morning, when the girls receive puppies, they make up and celebrate an amazing birthday. When Molly is chosen to be the star of a tap show at the same time her father telegrams he's coming home! Molly is determined to show her father she's matured, so she seeks the help of her older sister Jill. When Molly comes down with the cold and her father telegrams he won't be arriving as soon, Molly is heartbroken. But when her whole family leaves and she hears a knock, Molly goes downstairs and receives a big surprise. Her father is back!!!!!!!
