My friend has Mia and Maryellen both! She has them as cousins. They look similar enough to be ‘related’, like in the case of Grace and 55, but not too similar!

I don't have Maryellen, but I definitely want to get her. She's probably the next doll I want to get because it's rumored she's retiring. Originally though, I would've wanted to get #53 first, then Maryellen

I have both! They both have the same face mold and greenish hazel eyes but I don't think they look similar at all! They have different hair lengths and styles, but they are both strawberry blondes. Mia has freckles and i feel like she has natural high lights in her hair. Maryellen's hair seems a little more vibrant. I don't think they look that similar
