Here are my personal ideas for American Girl.
18-Inch Welliewishers
A series of normal WellieWisher 18-inch dolls would be very interesting personally, here is a quick synopsis of how I imagine the characters to look and be like when their older:
Ashlyn would be a brown hair brown eyed Jess mold, irresponsible girl who loves throwing parties but after making a huge mess which stirred controversy she’s sent away to summer camp and later learns to be responsible and the power of friendship.
Camile would be a blond hair w/ brown streaks blue eyes classic mold, interested in theatre and anthropology. Enjoys listening to musical playlists during class such as Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and Six.
Emerson would be a black hair light skinned Asian/JLY 4 mold, struggles with juggling ballet which her parents want her to pursue and doing theatre which is her true passion, she and Camile are the only WellieWishers who continued being friends even in middle/high school (depending on where American Girl wants the stories to take place).
Kendall would be a black textured hair dark skinned Sonali mold, runs a DIY Craft YouTube channel where she does new crafts every week showing her viewers no matter how much money you have you can always still have fun as well as is a cartoonist and does commissions on social media in her free-time.
Willa would be a red hair light skinned Josefina mold, now uses they/them pronouns and dreams of being a Zookeeper when their older. Enjoys exploring and going on trips with their grandfather, as it’s an opportunity to study animals.

I also agree with the prosthetic limbs things, because some people who do need prosthetic limbs would not be able to get a doll that is like them.
I would love an 18in Wellie Wisher line, it feels like AG hasn’t been doing much with the stories of those dolls recently. And I would love a Joss movie so much, in my opinion she’s one of the best GOTYs, and my favorite one!
