First, get a doll with the classic mold. It can be any doll, any doll at all. In this example, Samantha will be used.

Now, get an #83’s wig

Slap Maryellen’s bangs on that wig.

Next, get a doll with blue eyes. I will use Kit.

Next, you will need one of those witches’ cauldrons. Stir it all together, and, boom! :D
