heyyy I'm here... sorry it took this long
first I need to get this out of the way, y'all there is another 4 feet of this set cut off by the cropping 🤣 (also I ended up going with Moana after polling another 20 people XD
2. The main part of this post:
ok so remember when I said I was redesigning Samantha's collection ? I'm still in the early phases of research (I have to read all of her books can I haven't done that in.... years), but I really do love her PC collection, so I'm not sure it's entirely worth it, which leads me to....
if I were to create a character from scratch would y'all be interested in that ? (and this is the poll) what time era would you want her to be from ? keep in mind I have better (but still very limited) knowledge of the 1800's, so anything after 1800 and into 1899 would be ideal, another option is a roaring 20's doll, so comment when you'd love to see, and what you'd want to see. she would have a name, story, outfits, and possibly the basis for a collection. I'd love to do a couple of these, so a bunch of ideas would be awesome
3. and the third bullet is that I have a summer reading project, and for summer reading projects I always do AGSM's. since I have a YouTube channel I want to know if anyone would be interested in seeing this, even if it was a school project. the project is a book report on This Present Darkness, by Frank E. Peretti, and it is a very religious novel and centers on spiritual warfare (think demons and angels). if I did post it, it would be up in about two and a half weeks, a few days before school starts
I think that's about it ?
-ivy-
Lilly is ADORABLE as Moana! I love that picture!
hmmm. Hers my list.
1690s Massachusetts
1920s
1850s
and I would LOVE to see your AGSM.
when I search CapeCardamDolls on YT nothing shows up.
character ideas: 1. 1920's girl from Chicago
2. Old west doll from 1880's
3. girl from late 1850's, the Civil War hasn't started yet, she lives in a battleground state and has to decide for herself on slavery
4. girl with some sort of disability, who is growing up during a time when disabled people are just beginning to be regarded more highly (Julie's story did touch on this, but I think it would be cool to have it firsthand.)
And I would like to see your AGSM, but keep in mind that there are some young users here and it might disturb them.
You should do a salem witch trials era doll! And I would love to see your summer reading project!
You should do a 20s doll but make her like a Harlem renaissance doll.
