My Julie is my oldest doll, I have had her for at least maybe 7 years. Her hair is just a MESS! I literally have to brush it every 20 minutes for it to look decent. The ends are ratted, and there are itty bitty flyaways everywhere. Her limbs are very loose. If I hold her up by the legs, she just falls over. My newest doll, Annabelle, doesn't. I was trying to stand them up for a photo, and guess who kept falling over? JULIE! I guess this is what happens when you don't attempt to take good care if your dolls when you are little.

Yes, the hospital is a good choice if you don’t mind paying. You could just go to the doll salon, but NO SALON tightens limbs lol
It's whatever you want to do! If I were you, I would either fix her myself or send her to the doll hospital. You could probably fix the hair yourself if you wanted to.
a hot water dunk could easily fix the hair (I speak from experience) You can also fix doll limbs, but if it freaks you out send her to the hospital. There are a bunch of tutorials on foreveranddollways and agsmiless YouTube channels if you want to try though
