I just had a thought. What if Corinne turns out to be a Historical doll from world war I? She could be a French girl who her parents send to America to keep her safe from the war. But while she's there, she contracts the Spanish flu, surviving of course. I hate to mention this, but maybe her mom comes to her in America near the end of her story with the sad news that her dad was killed in acction? We've never really seen an AG character dealing with the sudden loss of a family or friend before. At least, I haven't in any of the books I've read so far, I could be wrong. My ideas still stand even if I am wrong. Thoughts?
